My stay at Hotel Real Playa Del Carmen Beach Club was mostly a blast. The room was super cozy with all the essentials, but I did run into a bit of trouble with the service being slow at times. The location was fantastic for hitting the beach and exploring local spots, though I wish the dining options offered a bit more variety.
My room was comfy with nice amenities, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Housekeeping did a decent job, but I did notice some areas weren't as clean as I expected.
While the staff was friendly and welcoming, the service could be a bit slow. Waiting for drinks at the pool sometimes tested my patience.
The location is prime! Just a quick stroll to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I loved being so close to everything.
The dining experience was decent, but I wanted more options beyond just the usual fare. Good tapas, but variety could be improved.
